Founder & CEO
Josh Black is the CEO and founder of Kinetics IT Staffing.Prior to establishing the firm in 2011, Josh spent the previous 20 years developing his sales and recruiting expertise for several national IT consulting companies in Chicago and Orlando. With time, his knowledge of industry verticals and technological advancements expanded, providing him with the expertise needed to source and deliver top tier IT talent to his clients. Throughout his career Josh has remained active in the staffing community through user groups, business associations and interactive technology forums and he enjoys networking whenever possible.
Josh was raised in Heidelberg, Germany prior to attending the University of West Florida where he achieved his Bachelor’s in Communications and Broadcast Journalism in 1997. He has resided in Winter Park, FL since 2004 with his wife and three children and his passions include spending time with his family, travel and any soccer related activities.

Jim Murrin is a partner and director of business development for Kinetics IT Staffing.Prior to joining Kinetics in 2018, Jim spent the previous 20 years honing his sales, recruiting and management skills working with several household names such as Cambridge Technology Partners, Berkshire Hathaway, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s.Jim is a Chicago native and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising & marketing in 1996.Jim transplanted to Florida and now resides in Winter Park, FL with his wife and two daughters.
